[Evergreen-dev] rel_3_6 branch established

Hi,

In preparation for the upcoming 3.6-beta2 release, I've branched off
rel_3_6.  The "master" branch can now receive wishlist patches again,
although I ask that committers avoid merging anything that might get in the
way of backporting bugfixes to rel_3_6 until 3.6.0 is released.
