[Evergreen-dev] Angular strings loaded to POEditor for 3.6-beta2

Hi,

I've uploaded the strings for the upcoming beta release to POEdit.  All of
the uploaded strings are tagged with rel_3_6, while the ones that are
entirely new since beta1 are tagged with rel_3_6_beta2.

I would appreciate feedback from the translators as to whether the creation
of the rel_3_6_beta2 is useful to you.
