[Evergreen-dev] Reminder: Commit Moratorium Today

Hello, all.

Just a reminder that the release team is requesting a moratorium on
commits to the master Evergreen repository beginning at 12:00 EST (17:00
UTC) today and ending at 12:00 EST (17:00 UTC) on Thursday, February 18.

The moratorium is required to coordinate the simultaneous release of the
branches and tarballs for the security patches.
