[Evergreen-dev] Confirming MS Edge support for the staff client

Hi, /last/ December we discussed and agreed[1] to official MS Edge support for the staff client but the docs were never updated to reflect that. So consider this a quick reminder so no one is too surprised when I (finally) update the 1-2 references to supported browsers in the docs.
