[Evergreen-dev] Z39.50 Server Not Connecting Remotely

We recently noticed that we can't access our Z39.50 server remotely. It works fine via Evergreen admin GUI and also using yaz-client from the server where we have evergreen installed, but not from elsewhere. Any ideas why not? This recently started failing, just not sure why.
