Let's keep this around in the short term, as some of the stuff in it is
still useful. I imagine this will end up moving to Equinox's GitHub org at

I'm curious about DIG's opinion with this one; even though this repository
hasn't been updated since 2012, I wonder if there's stuff in it that still
isn't reflected in the Asciidoc manual.
