[Evergreen-dev] Disabling Symspell

Hi All,

What's the preferred method for disabling the symspell features in
Evergreen?  I didn't see anything obvious in [1].  I'm hoping there's a way
to fully disable it that does not involve dropping the triggers.

Also, OK to truncate search.symspell_dictionary_updates on a running system?
