[Evergreen-dev] Disabling Symspell

For anyone following along, I mentioned in IRC that I missed a part of a PG
update that cleaned up the table.  Oof!

Thoughts on an LP for a global flag to exit early
from search.symspell_maintain_entries() (or similar)?  It's not a feature
we currently take advantage of.
