[Evergreen-dev] 3.12-beta building

All,

The LP translations branch is setup.

The Angular strings are also updated in POEditor. With the new terms 
getting tagged with rel_12_beta. I'm realizing as I type this that I 
typo'ed the tag for the 3.12 beta (should have been rel_3_12_beta). I'm 
not seeing a place to rename a tag, so now I'm wondering if we should 
just leave it (since it's beta), or if I should re-import with the tag 
corrected.
