Thanks, Galen and Blake!

I fixed the failures in the perl live tests and nightwatch e2e tests on a
collab branch.  Would appreciate a review and merge of bug 2043437
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2043437> so that we can have
performant searches and a holdings view again.
