[Evergreen-dev] User Permissions Editor is blank, with uncaught TypeError

What type of account are you logged in with, and have you logged in with it
before with no probems? This may not be the problem, but the partial page
loading sounds similar to issues that our staff have when they don't have
the appropriate permissions to view/edit accounts or if they don't have a
working location assigned to their account.
