[Evergreen-dev] Point releases next week: who wants to help?

Hey all,

There are some nice bug fixes that have been committed to the release
branches
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bugs?field.searchtext=&orderby=-importance&field.status%3Alist=FIXCOMMITTED>.
Let's get those out the door in the form of a 3.12.1 release and a 3.11.3
release!

I'm relatively unscheduled next Wednesday (the 31st) and next Friday (the
2nd) and can pitch in.  If you'd like to help out, either claim a task(s)
in the spreadsheet

respond to this email, or put a note on IRC.  And also include a note if
you have a preference between Wednesday and Friday.

If you're new to a particular task, please still sign up -- there are
several folks who would be willing to answer any questions or help if you
run into any issues.
