Dear Evergreen ILS Developer Teams,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding the setup of Courtesy Notice for circulations within the Evergreen ILS system. I have attempted to configure this feature based on my understanding, following the guidelines provided. However, it appears that the Courtesy Notice is not being generated as expected.

To provide further context, I have attached a screenshot detailing the configuration settings I have implemented.

Despite my efforts, the Courtesy Notice is not running on the designated days as intended. This has led me to wonder if there are additional configurations required to enable this feature effectively. For instance, I am curious if any adjustments need to be made within the crontab or if there are other settings that I may have overlooked.

I am eager to hear from the experienced members of this community regarding any insights or recommendations they might have in resolving this issue. Your expertise and guidance in this matter would be immensely appreciated.
