Hello Ariez,

One issue I see from your screenshot is that both the Processing Delay and
Max Event Validity Delay are set to '1 days', which would find no matching
circulations.

I would try setting Max Event Validity Delay to '0 days' (or 00:00:00) to
see if that solves the issue.
