Good morning, documenters! Happy Feedback Fest!

Terran has created a fantastic and comprehensive spreadsheet set of bugs
that need feedback, testing, and/or signoffs. You can find it here:

On the tab, "Open Pull Requests," all of the bugs are color-coded by test
group. Documentation is a pink/purple color, and there are only 5! They are:

-Generate previews of documentation when documenters open a pull request on
Github  (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1903476)
-Documentation: bind_attr missing from example authenticator (
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1901940)
-Docs: Add tips for using the browser bookmarks toolbar in place of the XUL
button bar (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1751146)
-Docs: Web Client Print / Receipt Templates (
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1642023)
-Docs: How to change browser font size (
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1250528)

Please check them out, test, and provide feedback! We've got this!

If the above bugs are already signed off on, or you don't feel comfortable
testing, you can still participate!  There are 67 total documentation bugs
(not that many, really!), and there may be some that are no longer relevant
for current versions of Evergreen. You can go through that list and add a
comment to that effect on those bugs. Here's a list of the documentation

Also, if you have tested things and found new bugs, please feel free to
submit those, as well, or email this list with the information. Same if you
have created some documentation that takes care of one of the bugs.

Good morning, everyone!

The first Evergreen Community Feedback Fest of 2021 starts today and runs
through Friday. We have several test servers up and running with the newest
version of the software and loaded with multiple bug fixes and features
that are ready to test:

The first tab of the spreadsheet lists the servers and which fixes/features
are loaded onto them. Use the Launchpad link to read more about the bug and
the fix, and to leave your testing feedback.

The next Evergreen community Feedback Fest will take place next week from
February 8-12.

*Goal for Core Committers:* Review and commit the ~60  pullrequests that
have already been end-user-tested and signed off

*Primary Goal for Developers and Testers:* Test pullrequests. We will have
several test servers available that will have the latest updates to
Evergreen loaded, along with as many pullrequests (proposed patches) loaded
as possible. As pullrequests are tested and either signed off or pushed
back for further work, the test servers will be refreshed with more
pullrequests. A spreadsheet with the list of patches that are currently
loaded will be sent out on Monday morning. Sign off

   longer valid, add feedback explaining as such and change the status to
