[Evergreen-documentation] Help with table formatting

That's wonderful Blake, thanks for taking that on.

I don't have the technical ability to assist with the upgrade itself but if
I can help test or spot check interfaces, please let me know.

In the meantime I might set some static column widths on that table just so
its links are usable.
