[Evergreen-documentation] Docs: Update on GitHub Log Fixes

Hi All,

Sorry if this isn't posted to the correct list, but here's an update on the
GitHub error log fix I've been working on for a while.  I have two working
branches: one that fixes the initial problems along with some broken image
links and second one I needed to make mostly to organize everything into
"follow up" broken image links:

One thing I want to point out as I'm wrapping this up are two references of
.adoc files that no longer exist in the repo:

reporter_modifying_templates.adoc
opac:batch_actions_from_search.adoc#batch_actions_from_search

I'm unsure what to do with these files as where they seem to be linked in
the docs seem rather important.  I can always change the links to reference
another part of the documentation, but I figure to ask what everyone's
thoughts are.  We can also discuss this at the next DIG meeting; I should
be actually available to go this time!
