[Evergreen-documentation] Docs: Update on GitHub Log Fixes

Hi Gina,

I'm not quite sure what to do with the files, but last week, I submitted
pull requests to update two different places where
reporter_modifying_templates.adoc was referenced in the reports docs - I'm
not sure if it's referenced elsewhere. I changed both to
reporter_create_templates.html#report_template_editor.

Thank you for making all those fixes!
