[Evergreen-documentation] Doc Pullrequest resulted in Build Docs Error

Hi all,

I submitted a branch with a couple minor changes to fix a header formatting issue - https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2094835

When running the checks Github is telling me that the Build Docs check has failed.

Generate Docs Package

Run cd docs
executing git clone git://git.evergreen-ils.org/eg-antora.git ./build/antora-ui
Cloning into './build/antora-ui'...
fatal: unable to connect to git.evergreen-ils.org:
git.evergreen-ils.org[0: 168.25.130.14]: errno=Connection timed out
system failed: 32768 at generate_docs.pl line 221.
Error: Process completed with exit code 2.

I'm not sure if this is an issue with my changes (I literally deleted two plus signs), how I did the pull request, or if there's something bigger going on.

Could someone with more docs committing knowledge take a look when you have a minute?
