[Evergreen-documentation] Doc Pullrequest resulted in Build Docs Error

Hi Jennifer,

I checked and this was just a transitory glitch where the GitHub task
runner was unable to connect to git.evergreen-ils.org. I fired off a re-run
of the GitHub job to check the doc build and it successfully finished.
