[Evergreen-general] Hold Cancelled Notification

Good morning -

Can someone direct me to the instructions for setting up Hold Cancelled
(Shelf-Expired) Notifications? I saw this feature discussed on the
Evergreen International listserv but don't know how to set it up in Local
Admin.
