[Evergreen-general] [OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Printing Offline Check-out Receipts

Terran, I just tried disabling the hatch extension (Right click -> Manage
Extension -> Change toggle to off)  but that didn't work for me.  Is that
what you mean?  I just get console errors because the Offline interface is
still trying to send the print jobs to hatch.

We are on 3.2.

I don't see how I can get into the workstation settings to uncheck the "Use
Hatch" checkbox when I'm offline.  /eg/staff/admin/workstation/hatch seems
to require authentication to access.

I'm trying to figure out how this is going to work for staff that normally
use Hatch, but have to use Offline when their internet is down.

I did notice that with hatch enabled, the print jobs will get sent to the
windows default printer.  I'm wondering if that is Hatch's default behavior
when it doesn't have access to the printer context info.  I'm wondering if
the Offline Printer settings are supposed to be stored in the Browser
Settings section vs the Workstation settings like they are now?
