[Evergreen-general] Time to move to a different IRC network?

FWIW I had a brief chat with one of the administrators of OFTC and they
said they are open to pull requests on their policy. I have opened one
adding the following language: "Discrimination based on faith, ethnicity,
sexual orientation, sex or gender expression, disability, or age is not
permitted."
