[Evergreen-general] A missing template file in the Bootstrap OPAC

Hi Jason,

Thank you! We have actually had the original OPAC templates switched off 
in the config (thinking that either the Bootstrap, or the classic 
templates should be enabled).

After switching the classic templates on again, the symlink is not 
needed anymore :-).
