[Evergreen-general] Question about updating manual carousels

Hi John,

I went through this a while ago, and if my notes are correct, you can
access the carousel bucket by clicking Shared Buckets in the Buckets
dropdown, and then entering the carousel bucket id (in your example
1257746).
