[Evergreen-general] Evergreen Project Board: 2021 Candidate Announcement and FINAL reminder to register to vote

You have to wait until you get the email to vote once we get everyone who
registered into the voting system:

The election will begin on April 1st. Everyone registered will receive an
email from Opavote.com with information on how to cast your vote. Voting
will end on April 9th and results will be announced the week of April 11th.
