[Evergreen-general] library name and column picker 3.6.3

Hi there, I agree with this as well – We’d love it if the column picker options on every grid be in alphabetical order, if not categorized by type or searchable.

I was not able to find a bug that covers the issue as a system-wide thing either (should one be created?), but I have now added heat Diane to the bugs you have linked below.

I found one item in Launchpad related to this +bug/1722387<https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1722387>, though this is specific to the Patron Search. Are there others that are relevant here? I'd love to see improvements to the column picker code itself, so that the benefits would be seen on every grid where it is used.

Is there a reason that Owning/Transiting/Etc. Library Full Name isn't an option in the Column Picker on every screen and a reason that options in the Column Picker aren't in alphabetical order? Not all staff know the library abbreviations and sifting through all of the items in the Column Picker is tedious/nerve wracking/etc.
