[Evergreen-general] Evergreen-PCReservation User Validation Rule: Expire Date?

Thanks much to everyone who replied, btw.

I kind of feel sheepish about not knowing that BLOCKED would cover the
expire date as well.  I'll keep $TODAY in mind nonetheless.
