[Evergreen-general] Error on Installing Evergreen ILS 3.8.0

Good Evening from Malaysia!

I encountered an error while installing Evergreen ILS 3.8.0 on my server.
Below is the error.

Exception: OpenSRF::EX::Session 2022-04-09T10:37:11 OpenSRF::Transport
/usr/local/share/perl/5.26.1/OpenSRF/Transport.pm:83 Session Error:
router at private.localhost/open-ils.cstore IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE NETWORK!!!

I had configured the jabber password according to the Evergreen ILS manual.
I hope you guys can help me.
