[Evergreen-general] Are you using Hold Groups?

In my opinion, the thing that would make Hold Groups much more usable would
be the ability to see all Hold Groups for a branch or system at once. As it
stands, when you pull up a list of existing hold groups it only shows your
own:

There is also some missing functionality in the Angular Staff Catalog that
still needs to be added for feature parity:
