[Evergreen-general] Are you using Hold Groups?

I am very excited about using Hold Groups! Patrons don't always know when
an author publishes a new book.

Not being able to see in the patron's account which group she belongs to is
a hindrance. Jane calls to see if she is in the Janet Evanovich group and
staff have to look through the list of patrons in that group rather than
accessing the information in Jane's account.
