[Evergreen-general] booking module allows overlapping bookings 3.6.5

When we upgraded to 3.6 from 3.4, problems arose with the Booking Module.
Overlapping bookings are now possible. A book club will have a kit reserved
for March 13 - April 13 and another group is able to reserve the same kit
April 3 - May 3. I don't see a bug for this.
