[Evergreen-general] Old Barcode/Username Change

Hello Everyone,

We contacted library directors individually on Friday with information on
the issue some patrons were experiencing logging in through the OPAC.  In
short, older barcodes that were saved as their usernames needed to be
changed to their current barcode in order to gain access.  Today we have
globally changed all the affected patrons to have their usernames reflect
their current barcode.

We produced shared buckets for each library to keep track of the affected
patrons for your records.  If you would like your shared bucket ID, please
email me off list.

Thank you most of all for your patience during this situation.  A reminder
that when you are replacing a barcode, please replace the username if the
username isn't set to a unique field that the patron requested.
