Hello,

The email and text messages are customizable through the Notification
Action Triggers interface. The permissions to use that interface are
generally restricted to administrators, so I would recommend contacting
whoever is administering Evergreen for you with your wording change
requests.

I don't know if this may be helpful or not, but this is the wording that we
use on our notices:
