[Evergreen-general] AT&T SMS notifications

Is the sending email address the same for all of your outgoing messages?

We use a different sending email for each org unit, but that requires that
their SPF records on their domains are set up correctly. If not, receiving
service providers will often block the emails. I'm not sure if that could
be a problem you are hitting.
