[Evergreen-general] [External] Cataloging Interest Group – AUTHORITY-FEST Announcement

While I'm not 100% sure on this answer, I think it has to do with us
kind of butting in and using the Hackfest's registration alongside them. As
far as I know, the Authorityfest is set for 11:00 am ET. The Hackfest
begins at 8 I believe.
