[Evergreen-general] STAFF INITIALS-new accounts

I find it perplexing that Evergreen does not indicate which staff member input a new patron record. I can see which staff member checked an item in or out, so why can I not see who set the account up? It is incredibly useful data because it can help me spot if a staff member is struggling and needs more training on patron records. It can also be helpful when tracking down a problem so that you can figure out where the process went wrong and why.

I would like to figure out where to include staff initials on our new patron accounts. Does anyone require this info? It is really helpful when training new staff to know "who" entered the data.
