Hi Ruth,

As far as I've tested, the print template and settings under Administration
> Workstation are lumped in with the APPLY_WORKSTATION_SETTING permission.
The ADMIN_PRINT_TEMPLATE affects the ability to use the Print Templates
interface, which our library staff don't use.
