[Evergreen-general] Translation Wrappers in base.tt2

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd reply here with what we figured out about this, in case
anyone runs across a similar issue. Because the icon is included in the
first language wrapper, the msgid and msgstr for the example Gina provided
is as follows:

msgid "<i class='fas fa-book' aria-hidden='true'></i> <span
class='sumNum'>[_1]</span>Items Checked Out"
msgstr " <i class='fas fa-book' aria-hidden='true'></i> <span
class='sumNum'>[_1]</span>Títulos Prestados"

Hope that helps someone else, we were stumped for a while!
