[Evergreen-general] Evergreen ILS Cataloging Features

Hi, Ariez! Jason is correct, but in this case you don't have to open a new
bug. This feature is something we're planning to include in an upcoming
project to rewrite the MARC editor, so there's already a bug where you can
see the plans: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2006969

We will be asking for more input on this project soon!
