[Evergreen-general] Evergreen Community Survey

I hope everyone is having a wonderful new year.  The Board and Outreach
Committee have prepared a community survey that we are hoping to get
responses to from far and wide.  This can be filled out by all kinds of
libraries.  Standalone libraries, consortia libraries and the consortia are
all welcome to respond - and we hope you do.
