[Evergreen-general] Evergreen Logging Out with Each New Chrome Tab?

Note: No one had anything concrete to offer the person experiencing this
either.

I suspect a setting buried somewhere is causing the issue, and reinstalling
Chrome doesn't get rid of it.  Me, I stay away from Chrome out of
distrust... that and my extreme loathing with regard to Google's bullying
nanny attitude.
