[Evergreen-general] Receiving Issuance Error

Hi Everyone,

We have a bizarre problem that came up with one magazine bib record (it
doesn't happen with others).

One library is having difficulty receiving for this year's June issue and
later.  This occurs when you go to 'Manage Issues' in the bib record and
click on 'Barcode on receive'.

The data is in our database under serial.issuance.  Attached are the errors
including console messages.

Any help would be appreciated; thank you!
