[Evergreen-general] 3.12-beta available

[Terran McCanna]

The 3.12 beta branch is installed at https://terran-main.gapines.org with
basic Concerto data for community testing. Please put it through its paces
and report any bugs you find to Launchpad!

Note that the patch for https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2043899
is also installed on this server, but is not fully tested yet. This is
planned to be incorporated into the release candidate.
