[Evergreen-general] Baker & Taylor Content Cafe Cover Art

Hi Josh,

I've heard nothing from B&T about this, but while looking around just now,
I ran across this snippet from a NYPL project that has a set of ContentCafe
URLs for GET requests that cover more than just the book jacket images:

As it happens, their list includes author notes. (And for some of the
elements that Evergreen requests of the the XML endpoint, like TocItems,
BiographyItems, AnnotationItems, etc.), I wonder if playing around with the
URL patterns might turn up ways to get at _all_ of the elements. (And the
overview URL on line 121 of that code snippet also looks interesting).

If so, that may be the path forward towards updating the Evergreen added
content handler. (And certainly as far as the book jackets are concerned, I
see nothing stopping changing the driver to start doing gets of
/ContentCafe/Jacket.aspx.
