 The Evergreen 3.14 release team is happy to announce that the 3.14 release
candidate is now available on the Evergreen Downloads page

A huge thank you to Terran McCanna of GPLS PINES for wrangling a successful
Feedback Fest and everyone who participated.

The merge pause/hiatus/moratorium is now lifted.  We look forward to the
major release of 3.14.0 scheduled for next Tuesday, October 22.
