[Evergreen-governance-l] Proposed New Governance Changes

If an organization joins, I don't think they can serve on the Board as in...

Members can run for election to the Oversight Board, vote in the elections
for the Oversight Board and suggest referenda.

Or, are you suggesting that the contact person for an "entity" could get
elected to the board and then that entity could change their person whenever
they wanted to?  Couldn't change them without getting 2/3 agreement from
other Oversight Board members????
