I am not sure if I missed a bit of discussion but I got a question here at LYRASIS that is interesting.

"By my count, the fiscal year of the organization runs for 14 months:  "The fiscal year of the Foundation shall begin on the first day of March and end on the last day of April the following year, but may be changed by majority vote of the Oversight Board."  (March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February, March, and April)",   Is that correct?
