Hi,

Thanks for writing the minutes.  I have a couple clarifications to offer:

* during the LITA OSS Interest Group meeting, I had suggested to Peter
Murray of Lyrasis that they consider seeing if they could acquire
oss4lib.org for their database -- it isn't a Lyrasis proposal per se (and
may not ever be anything more than a passing fancy).
* Regarding the 2010 conference, ESI has also asked the SFC to provide an
invoice so that we can transfer the money.  The invoice hadn't been received
as of the date of the meeting.
