[evergreen-outreach] Conference t-shirts

Hi,
The $13 is for the largest size shirt available. If I remember
correctly, the small, medium and large shirts were much less expensive,
but I'll need to defer to Rogan on what the cost of those were. I agree
that we also need to factor in shipping costs.
